Sales Program Manageru00A0Purpose and Scope/General Summary: We are looking for a Sales Program Manager to join our Pilgrimu2019s team onsite at our Corporate office in Greeley, CO. This role is responsible for the Sales Programs processes. Key to this role is managing and supporting the Sales Programs team and ensuring the correct resources for both people and systems are in place.u00A0 This role has a focus on managing the overall accrual and payment processes for broker commissions, customer rebates, MDF, and operator promotional programs.u00A0 Additional responsibilities include: supporting the business and sales teams regarding sales programs, ensuring that appropriate accounting processes are followed, and managing programs effectively..u00A0 u00A0Responsibilities: Own the effective management, resourcing and development of Sales Programs Work with team of coordinators to prioritize and manage workloads Set/meet KPI goals for the team Provide and review weekly and monthly reporting of sales program activity. Take corrective action when necessary Support the business and sales teams in effective program management Manage approval workflows in trade spend application following audit guidelines Ensure applicable SOX controls are met and pass audit Own the ongoing development/implementation of Blacksmith, High Radius deductions, and any other software platforms as it relates to Sales Programs Analyze Denied Deductions and work with sales team, customers, and Sales Program Coordinators for resolution Work with IT regarding SD processes and interaction with trade spend application, SAP program development, reporting, and RPA opportunities. Be actively involved in the SAP Hana upgrade Other duties as assigned u00A0Qualifications: Bacheloru2019s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or related field preferred SAP Experience preferred Prior program management experience helpful Must be able to set goals and successfully meet deadlines Excellent communication skills; both oral and written; required Experience in Excel required Ability to communicate/work closely with teams to resolve critical/urgent sales programs issues Ability to manage and motivate a team of 6 direct reports Motivated and determined team player Extremely organized and able to multi-task Self-driven to learn and adapt quickly As a salaried position with the company, you may be required to travel at some point to other facilities, to attend Company events, or as a representative of the Company in other situations.
