**MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***., Inc. is looking for a motivated and talented Inside Sales Representative (ISR) to join our growing team. The ISR will become a trusted resource in developing relationships with prospects and acting as the initial point of contact. The primary task is to help turn leads into qualified opportunities by partnering with marketing and sales to create and execute on qualifying cadences and manage generation campaigns. The ISR is tasked with identifying and generating sales opportunities through both inbound and outbound activities. The successful candidate will be someone who works well in a consultative selling environment, thinks critically, easily initiates conversations with prospects, and is highly self-motivated. This person will also understand how to assess a prospect’s needs and cater their outreach to everyone. The ISR will be asked to maintain tight collaborations with their Business Development Executives (BDEs) to develop new opportunities and deepen relationships in each account. The successful candidate will be expected to report on qualification and call activity and stay thoroughly informed on all products and the micro-physiological systems industry in general.
Key Tasks:
Follow-up on marketing qualified leads (MQLs) and identify qualified opportunities
Educating and developing prospects as well as engaging current users to expand awareness and identify new opportunities to pass to the BDE
Create target prospects lists and penetrate key accounts through cold outreach
Hold intelligent and engaging conversations over the phone and email
Identify key players, profile strategic account and research prospects to present relevant data and solutions to begin the sales cycle
Schedule meetings for BDEs when a lead reaches a qualified stage
Nurture MQLs by educating and developing prospects until they are ready to speak with a BDE
Drive attendance for events (conferences, webinars, seminars) and provide follow up reach outs to attendees
Collaborate with sales and marketing team members on strategic sales approaches
Ensure successful follow through of sales cycle and designated cadences by maintaining accurate activity and lead qualification information in our CRM (Salesforce)
Desired Skills:
BA/BS degree and 1 years of professional work experience in sales development, marketing, or customer support in the life sciences and/or biotech industry
Exceptional communication skills (oral and written) as well as sound listening skills and a confident phone presence
Self-motivated, with a diligent work ethic
Demonstrated success in researching, prospecting, or qualifying customers regarding needs and pain points
Demonstrated ability to collaborate with a distributed team, and work independently in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, core sales tools and Google (we use Salesforce, LinkedIn, HubSpot, ZoomInfo, ShowPad)
Capable of understanding customer pain points, requirements and correlating potential business to value that can be provided by **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***.
Aptitude to manage numerous requests and time demands concurrently, while achieving production goals from assigned territory or set of accounts
