Real Estate Marketing and Sales Consultant
Job Summary:
To act as an Agent/Consultant (pure commission based) for Real Estate Sales & Marketing department of the company. And execute the marketing and sales activities of real estate projects (residential plots & commercial plots) in line with the market and customer requirments.
Responsibilities and Duties:
1. Undertake Field Sales & Marketing for the companys real estate projects
2. Gather prospective customer data and generate customer leads through both offline and online modes
3. Distribute marketing materials; including but not limited to flyers, brochures, etc.
4. Undertake Tele-Calling, Social Media Marketing and e-commerce of the companys project
5. Undertake site visits with prospective customers to show them the real estate projects
6. Properly document all the days marketing and sales work from different channels and present daily reports to the manager
7. Undertake post-sales customer feedback and resolve any future customer queries
8. To work under the code and policies of the company and as per the senior management direction
Skills Preferred:
Canopy Marketing, Tele-calling, Field Sales, Digital Marketing, Knowledge of MS Office, Email, Well spoken, Knowledge of Hind, English and Chhattisgarhi language, Knowledge of Marketing Management, Knowledge of Real Estate Industry, Soft spoken person.
Education Level Preferred:
1. Min. Graduation with at least 50% marks
2. Candidates with BA/[login to view URL] will be preferred
3. Knowledge & Experience of Digital Marketing will be added advantage
COMPENSATION: 2% to 10% of Plot Sales Value (Result and Sales Volume Oriented) 2. No Fixed Salary (Pure Commission Based Job)
Job Type: Part-Time/Full-Time
Expected Monthly Earnings: Rs. 10,000 upto Rs. 1,00,000 (depends upon your volume of sales and type of sales)
