Job Summary:
This individual assists in developing and maintaining a variety of communications, documents, content, materials, etc. that will improve overall Sales organizational performance. The primary focus is on execution of sales communications and day to day management of internal content sharing sites.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Design and execute the communications for Commercial Sales
Assist with events including yearly SalesCon event management, both pre-event and on-site, and Quarterly Huddles.
Management of the SalesCon mobile app
Assists the Manager of Sales Enablement in identifying enhanced communication opportunities as it relates to the Commercial Sales organization.
Oversee intranet site and library including content sharing strategy, training, self-serve options like recordings, curation and manage content, random content audits
Proactively ensures all information and material are up-to-date at all times on the Commercial Sales intranet sites helping to gather and publish content when needed.
Lead projects to improve sections of content or deliver new tools through the intranet/mobile apps
Weekly newsletter support—internal and broker versions
Manage distribution lists and proactively identify areas to simplify and automate processes.
Identify and implement webinar strategy from request process to invitations to hosting and post-event
Evaluate the success of implemented communication and content management tools by measuring data and monitoring overall activity regularly.
Completes additional tasks, responsibilities and projects as needed and directed .
Requirements:
Education: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience is required.
Experience: 3 years working in communications, content management or website maintenance role. Experience with Content Management Systems such as SharePoint, Drupel, SiteCore, Adobe; email design and distribution platforms; Proze, HTML, Java Script, Office 365
Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills; strong listening & teaching skills. Proven collaboration skills.
Computer Skills: High level of proficiency in various software including MS Word, Excel, SharePoint and PowerPoint.
Special Skills: Attention to detail, excellent proofreading and quality control skills. Understanding of meta-tagging/content management strategies a plus. Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and multitask.
Travel: Minimal travel required.
