Position Summary

The Coordinator, Sales Support and Inventory will be supporting all supply chain procedures, from coordinating deliveries to managing shipping documentation across Singapore/Malaysia/Hong Kong for the retail partners. He/she will also be responsible for providing timely administrative assistance to the supply chain team so that it can ensure smooth support to the retail team.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities


Handle all outbound shipments and deliveries and ensure that all outbound inventories are accounted for on a monthly basis
Assist on inventory adjustment, perform inventory clean up and report any inventory location inaccuracies
Coordinate with SAPAC Retail Merchandising Team and manage Retail delivery expectations and handling of enquiries relating to Retail shipment
Delivery coordination with 3PL for truck distribution and arrangement, distribution matrix and plan
Process sales order including posting of DO and invoice, PO creations for shipment related services
Email correspondence for all Retail shipment related including returns
Manages all defect and discrepancy reports including the issuance of CN
Ensure delivery order, invoice and packing list are provided to the customer prior to delivery
Troubleshooting of open transfer and sales orders status and credit limit request
Create inventory journal for marketing seeding and wholesale sample products
Issue of CN for Marketplace (Lazada / Shopee); Weekly replenishment transfer
Responsible for pop up stores and events when applicable


Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills & Abilities)


Proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP with the aptitude to learn new systems
Detail-oriented, analytical and strong problem-solving skills
Possesses strong communication and interpersonal skills
Resourceful, self-driven and able to work under time pressure
Exceptional organizational and time management skills with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and handle competing priorities
A sincere and contagious passion for sports and building Under Armour


Education And / Or Experience


Degree in Supply Chain, Inventory Management and/or equivalent education
Minimum of two years of the supply chain, inventory management or logistics-related experience
