About the Role
We are in the process of transforming Marketing Operations to increase impact and efficiency by re-
thinking processes, technology, reporting, operations and talent development; and therefore, we’re
looking for a Director to help build and lead the Performance & Planning team.
As the Director, Marketing Performance & Planning, you will be responsible for the development of
goals, metrics, analytics and actionable insights to improve Marketing ROI at **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***.. You will
build and lead a global team of Marketing performance and planning experts and spearhead strategic
KPIs and targets, operating metrics and dashboards, executive reporting, capacity requirements and
performance review insights. Working with the IOPs business intelligence team and other IOPS, SOPs
and Marketing teams, you will build innovative planning processes and reporting solutions to monitor
and improve the impact of Marketing, identify and scale best practices, narrow in and address root
cause issues, measure and increase business impact and and illustrate and investigate operational
performance trends. You will be part of a passionate, highly collaborative team and have the
opportunity to make a significant business impact working on high-profile projects.
About You
You are a leader, and a team player with experience working and collaborating with cross-functional
global teams. A problem solver and idea generator, you have experience working in Marketing and
Sales, with experience leveraging business intelligence tools, analytics platforms, multiple data
sources, and statistical tools. You have experience in B2B and in full-funnel reporting from brand to
recurring revenue. You design and deliver strategic data and analytics projects for both an executive
and operational audience.
Responsibilities
● Build the Performance & Planning team – a new **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***. Marketing Ops global function –
in less than 90 days
● Define a roadmap for delivery of end-to-end visibility of Marketing performance and ROI
● Lead the performance and planning strategic direction in alignment with business intelligence
teams, Marketing leaders, and all regions and solution areas
● Establish a holistic global measurement framework; and lead planning process and-targetsetting during annual planning process across each team
● Provide performance reporting during monthly check-ins and business reviews
● Own the delivery and review cadence of integrated performance dashboards of performance
vs business goals at all levels: executive leadership, marketing managers, sales development
● Recommend disruptive change to processes and measurement systems to drive business
impact; communicate insights to key stakeholders to inspire change
● Help build holistic Marketing database management strategy that supports data unification and
access across our internal systems, ensures data quality, and enforces governance and
measurement
● Influence comprehensive, integrated data model and attribution views to support effective
Marketing processes
● Deliver advanced insights to help campaign managers and business/lead development teams
achieve their objectives and increase revenue for **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***.
● Determine success metrics for sales development teams, develop custom analytical solutions,
and prepare rigorous research outcomes that stand test of peer scrutiny
● Act as strategic analytical partner for regions and solution partners, participating in upfront
strategy and influencing Marketing initiatives

Skills and Qualifications
● Graduate degree in economics, Marketing, engineering, or equivalent
● 12 years’ experience in Marketing, Sales, B2B and/or Tech. 5 years’ experience in a Sales or
Marketing analytics role
● Experience leading and working with remote teams
● Collaborative personality that thrives in a highly cross functional, cross-cultural environment
● Growth mindset
● Executive communication skills
● Proven experience in stakeholder engagement and complex project management
● Demonstrated use of modeling and statistical concepts applied to solve business problems
● Possess core analytical competencies: problem formulation and analysis, data QA and results,
summarizing findings and providing actionable insights
● Extensive experience in digital Marketing, knowledge of media tactics, audiences and the
systems and platforms that generate digital media data
● Experience integrating, cleansing, modeling and reporting on multiple data sources
● Knowledge of databases, relational database concepts, SQL and data visualization solutions
● Experience designing and building reporting in real-time BI tools
