Position Summary:
**MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***. is a family owned, Minnesota based, premier sign contractor providing customers with turn key interior and exterior sign solutions. 
We are looking for a professional sales leader who is a strong communicator, detail orientated and reliable. This individual will be responsible for lead generation and closing new business as well as maintaining existing accounts for businesses, developers and specific institutions such as hospitals, universities, etc. who are looking to increase their brand recognition. The person in this role will have a fierce determination to achieving sales goals while keeping the customer’s needs as the number one priority.
Responsibilities
Achieve monthly revenue goals
Develop weekly activity goals and provide action follow-ups for generating new customers
Actively manage short and long term leads from internal / external referral sources to qualify prospects and advance them through the sales process
Develop and maintain strong business relationships with key decision makers.
Manage the customer experience throughout the sales cycle while ensuring continued development of key accounts
Work directly with customers on their goals and project expectations. Investigate and resolves customer’s problems / challenges / concerns / objections.
Work with fellow design, project management teams on solution models.
Manage customers in CRM.
Qualifications:
High school education or equivalent required, College degree preferred.
3 years of business to business (B2B) sales experience preferred
Proven outside or field sales experience with a track record of hitting and/or exceeding sales goals
Ability to self-source own leads through a combination of web research, cold-calling and networking
Ability to think independently and within a small team environment
Experience working with city codes and electrical requirements a plus, but not required
Excellent verbal, written, interpersonal, relationship building and presentation skills
