POSITION TITLE: Technical Sales Manager

COMPENSATION: Competitive Base Commission

BENEFITS: Standard package

LOCATION: Colorado

SUMMARY: This position is responsible for growing company market share and revenue by growing current customer accounts and obtaining new business.

DUTIES OR RESPONSIBILITIES:

Participate in the development and execution of the Companys sales strategy.
Drive new business sales through prospecting, lead identification, generation and qualification, with the objective of meeting or exceeding established targets.
Planning, managing and controlling of daily sales related activities, as performed by a team of Technical Sales Representatives.
Introduction of the Company and its products to prospective leads through meetings, training, demonstrations, presentations, industry events and trade exhibitions.
Research, analysis and understanding of competitor products, activities and market share.
Internal reporting of sales related activities by means of written reports, ERP / CRM system entries and scheduled sales meetings.
Participation in setting of annual customer and product sales budgets and targets.
Contribute to the establishment of appropriate product pricing policies per product line, customer and/or industry market segment, in line with Company profitability targets.

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:

10 years industrial sales
3 years sales management
Experience and working knowledge of Gulf Coast Oil, Gas & Chemical/Petrochemical market
Self-motivated, success driven personality and work ethic
Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail and organization
Strong work ethic, resilience, grit and drive
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Proficient user of MS Office, ERP and CRM systems
Bachelors Degree preferred
