Compensation & Career Growth:
A starting base salary of $55,000-$65,000 plus a quarterly performance bonus
First quarter bonus is guaranteed while you are training
Average quarterly bonus paid has historically been 105% in this territory

We are seeking a highly motivated sales professional to serve as a Territory Sales Representative as we expand throughout the Connecticut surrounding areas. You should possess exceptional interpersonal communication skills and enjoy working in a competitive environment. You will be the sole, key driver for growth in the state of Connecticut achieving FHF's growth ambitions
What you'll do:
Develop and maintain business relationships with both current and new auto dealership
Educate dealerships on our services
Prospect auto dealerships for future business
Weekly travel to dealerships in your designated geography
What you Bring:
Demonstrated historical career stability
Spanish fluency
High level of independence; detail-conscious and task-oriented mindset
Excellent consultative selling skills
Prospecting, planning, presenting and closing skills
Initiative, sense of urgency and passion for winning
Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
Ability to develop and maintain effective relationships, including cold calling
Strong problem-solving skills and capacity to manage difficult relationship situations
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong computer skills (knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word)
