We are hiring a Director of Sales for our new Hotel - West & Main, which is part of the Tapestry Collection by Hilton.  Located in Conshohocken, PA, this 127-room boutique property will be the newest place to stay, dine and mingle.  West & Main will also feature 3,400 square feet of state-of-the-art event space and a two-level bar and restaurant, Hook & Ladder, built in the 146-year-old restored fire house once home to the Washington Fire Company.Responsibilities:nProvide the highest quality of service to our customers at all times.  Create appropriate solutions for every customer, to boost top-line revenue growth.nDevelop and execute strategies to drive business.nEstablish and maintain positive business and customer relationships, with a service-oriented approach.nUnderstand and keep up to date with industry and competitive landscape knowledge.nGuide sales and marketing efforts as well as advertising tasks, public relations and administrative reporting.nDefine and implement sales and marketing activities according to the Marketing Plan.nPrioritize, document, and organize work to meet deadlines.nEffectively manage and motivate a sales team.nQualifications:nPrior Director of Sales Experience (4 years).nStrong written and verbal communication skills.nStrong organizational skills.nAbility to analyze financial and competitive data to make informed decisions.nPrior experience leading, motivating and managing successful sales teams.nPrior Hilton experience  desirable.nBenefits:We offer competitive wages, and our full-time associates are eligible to enroll in our comprehensive benefits package, which includes medical/ dental/vision plans, complimentary life insurance with options for enhancements, ST/LT disability offerings, a 401K plan with company match, tuition assistance, plus training & development as well as career advancement opportunities. Our health benefits become available after seven days of employment.Why Concord?Concord Hospitality invests in its associates by providing training and development at all levels, from interns to executive leaders.
