The Role
We are seeking a highly organized, analytical, and tech-savvy individual to become our next Sales Technology Manager to support and optimize the GTM strategy for our Glance team. As the dedicated Sales Technology Manager for Glance, you will be responsible for helping to streamline processes and use available technology to support aggressive growth goals. Reporting to our Head of Sales Technology, the successful candidate will have a strong background in sales support, process optimization, communicating effectively across departments, and managing projects to implement new technology and sales cycles.
Your Most Important Initiatives:
Support our Glance business unit in their lead to cash processes
Coordinate requirements with stakeholders between business and operations teams
Manage day to day sales operations tasks
Ensure process documentation is created and maintained to support sales and customer success users
Actively participate, collaborate, and add value to training and sales meetings - quickly implement new practices
Identify areas to improve operational efficiency
What You Bring
5 Years’ experience in a Sales Support, Sales/Revenue Operations, or go-to-market strategy role
Familiarity in forecasting and pipeline management
Ability to use data to draw insights and increase sales velocity
Knowledge of Salesforce CRM and Salesforce Admin support experience is highly preferred, though Salesforce certification is not required
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently, take initiative, and translate asks into actions
