As a Account Manager, you will work closely with the Network Distribution and **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***. teams to build and grow our advertising affiliate network. This position is responsible for both helping optimize the success of an existing portfolio of affiliates and attracting new affiliates to the network, all with the goal of scaling the growth and market presence of **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***..
As an intern, you will be working on multiple projects, which will include:
Key Accountabilities
Grow the **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***. affiliate publishing business
Introduce affiliates to the offers available on the **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***. network
Be a subject matter expert to the network distribution team and work with existing account managers and affiliates to expand relationships and increase the number of offers they are running
Build and maintain an intimate knowledge of industry developments to spot trends and opportunities
Build and maintain great relationships with clients via phone, instant messaging, and email
Client Relations
Update affiliates with payouts, creatives and contact information
Provide prompt and punctual service
Represent **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***. in an ethical and truthful manner at all times
Build and maintain solid business relationships with affiliates
Keeping track of daily statistics and advise management on the analyzed results
Team
Maintain professional and appropriate working relationships with all team members. This includes demonstrating respect, enthusiasm and initiative
Demonstrate teamwork, reliability and professionalism in the workplace
Continue training and development as an Affiliate Manager
Education and Experience
Experience in sales, particularly business to business
Experience working in a fast-paced, results-oriented entrepreneurial environment
Post-secondary education in business, commerce or marketing
Online marketing, mobile or advertising experience an asset
Requirements

Ability to warm-call, up-sell and negotiate with clients
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to take direction well and follow through with deadlines
Exceptional sense of organization and attention to detail
Ability to plan work to meet deadlines and unexpected situations and/or requests
Strong working knowledge of the affiliate marketing industry
Deep understanding of the mobile/wireless industry, especially as regards marketing
Advanced working knowledge of MS Office Suite, HTML and using the Internet as a research tool
