Requirements:

University degree;

Excellent PC skills (Microsoft Office: Power Point, Word, Excel);

Working proficiency in English and fluency in Ukrainian and/or Russian;

Professional sales experience in B2B/B2C segments – 3 years;

Knowledge of retail fuel market is an advantage;

Successful experience in managing sales teams;

Ability to lead and develop teams;

Ability to implement changes into organizations based on the clients' feedback;

Good negotiations and presentation skills;

Valid driving license and driving experience of 2 years;

Readiness to travel throughout Ukraine up to 70% of working time.

Kiev - Franko

Dimensions:

24 retail sites in Odessa, Kherson and Mykolayiv regions of Ukraine, team of 18-20 site managers, 300 site staff.
