The Opportunity
You will be a key member of the Sales Operations team and will support FreshBooks’s rapid growth by working with cross functional teams to drive and enhance the sales process. The ideal candidate is a passionate self-starter who can structure, analyze, and highlight data to increase the efficiency of the sales process and enable a growing sales team. The role requires strong analytical skills with experience analyzing data and surfacing insights.
What You’ll Do:
Use a data driven approach to draw out business insights on sales key performance indicators and metrics.
Deliver insights and recommendations to Sales leadership for areas to improve sales efficiency
Serve as a sales data, metrics, and analytics subject matter expert from the top of the lead funnel and throughout the sales opportunity funnel
Create a repeatable reporting process for sales metrics at the team and rep level
Develop and monitor reports and dashboards and create ad hoc reports to help answer business questions
Identify opportunities for automation of existing manual data/reporting processes
Prepare weekly and monthly reports to support various business partners
Support Sales Operations Leadership in a variety of analytical and process related tasks
Collaborate with teams cross-functionally to drive operational excellence and continuous improvement
Work with leadership to ensure programs and sales process align with our priorities and outcomes
Support annual sales planning process and strategic initiatives through capacity planning, productivity review, and territory development
What You’ll Bring:
Two or more years of experience working in an Analyst role supporting Sales or Marketing teams
Experience working in a B2B SaaS environment
Strong CRM experience, Salesforce preferred.
Experience using SQL queries to pull complex data requests
Experience with Business intelligence (BI) Tools, Looker preferred
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to document and communicate with internal stakeholders
High attention to detail and organizational skills with ability to prioritize effectively
Comfortable working in a fast paced, hyper growth environment with changing priorities.
