Job Description:
In this role you will be responsible for managing the relationship between Shell and its retailers at site level, ensuring consistent delivery of the Shell Customer Commitment in your designated geographical area (Bavaria, Southern Germany).
Your responsibilities will include:
Identify gaps in all aspects of site performance, advise retailers on Shell recommended tools, processes and support
Maximize sales development potential on sites
Participate in attraction and selection of retailers
Deliver sales & operations targets for geographical area
Ensure that retailer actions do not damage Shells Reputation.
Continuously improve Customer Satisfaction through enhancement of peoples competencies/skills and use of customer feedback.
Deliver the agreed Marketing and Network Plan
Develop and maintain a strong HSSE culture.
Liaise with other Retail Functions (e.g. Network, Marketing) and Downstream Support Functions (e.g. Finance) for cross-Retail objectives specific tasks.

Requirements:
