What the day will look like We are looking to bring on board a Sales & Bid Coordinator to join and work alongside our dedicated national Business Development and Bid Management teams based at our New Zealand head office in the CBD. You will be working with a supportive team, and you’ll have the opportunity to be part of a collaborative environment with a fun culture. You will provide sales and bid support across the team’s range of activities, emanating from our prospects and clients across New Zealand and Fiji. There are four elements that make this role unique and rewarding. 1. Prospect research and analytics - Undertake research on targeted prospects that will be key to our overall value propositions. 2. Content management - Managing our content library. 3. AonConnect (CRM system) management - Act as the main point of contact for the New Zealand management of AonConnect. 4. RFP response development - Work with the Leader, Bid Management to create initial response templates and learn about the process. Skills and experience that will lead to successStrong project management and/or organisational skills, including ability to adapt to changing time pressures/flexibility.Research report structuring (incl. drafting/editing skills).Attention to detail, ability to work to deadlines and under pressure.Experience with bids and/or business development activities – desirable.Corporate written skills and the ability to voice an opinion with your peer group and senior colleagues.You will need to be a confident and resilient person who genuinely believes in the Aon brand and the benefits it can offer.
