You will help **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***. continue to ramp and scale it's subscription services, including our innovative Evergreen/One and Evergreen/Forever Offerings. You will report directly
to the Director of Subscription Sales Operations and will provide support on key subscription and consumption related strategic initiatives.
YOUR DUTIES WILL INCLUDE...
Manage and evolve Subscription renewal processes and leverage automation to improve Sales velocity
Manage and optimize subscription-related processes to simplify our sales models
Partner with Engineering and IT to identify and execute automation opportunities
Document and translate complex business requirements into streamlined process designs and system specifications
Develop and manage process and tool enhancement roadmaps
Enable and implement process and automation enhancements with the Sales organization and key stakeholders
Utilize reporting and analytics to deliver data driven insights on performance by identifying patterns and opportunity areas
WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO BRING TO THIS ROLE…
3 plus years of experience in Sales Operations or a similar role
Strong understanding of sales functions, workflows, and processes
Ability to work independently and respond rapidly in a constantly evolving business
Demonstrated experience and history of driving complex projects from start to finish
Proven ability to build strong relationships with business partners
A sense of ownership, persistence, creativity, teamwork, and a customer-first attitude
Must be eligible to work in the US without visa sponsorship

The annual base salary range is: $94,000-141,000. Salary ranges are determined based on role, level and location. For positions open to candidates in multiple geographical locations, the base salary range is reflective of the labor market across the applicable locations. This role may be eligible for incentive pay and/or equity.
