Aon’s account and relationship managers form a comprehensive perspective of our clients’ organizations, matching our expertise to their business strategy. Health & Benefits Local Sales Leader As part of an industry-leading team, you will help empower results for our clients by delivering innovative and effective solutions as part of our Health & Benefits business group within Aon Risk Solutions in Atlanta. As the Health and Benefits (H&B) Sales Leader, you will report directly to the Health and Benefits Local Practice Leader. In this key leadership role you will be responsible for leading the sales function of the Atlanta market within health and benefits. Your impact as a Health & Benefits Sales Leader You will coach and lead colleagues to the achievement of their personal and market goals. You will be responsible for the execution of the annual sales plan; to include marketing initiatives, pipeline management and reporting, sales forecasting, tracking performance and preparing sales analyses.
