Global Account Manager
to join the
Global Accounts EMEA
team in
Southern Europe
We are looking for a
Global Account Manager (GAM)
with proven ability to lead a small subset of global accounts. You will coordinate the
strategy
and
team-selling efforts
with partners and teammates to close business on a quarterly and annual basis. Proven
ability to exceed
assigned quota, prospect, close
global contracts
, and
build new and deep relationships
with large global customers is key. A successful GAM at Pure will have demonstrated the ability to develop
long-term relationships
with
Channel Partners
that drive revenue as well as relationships with customers from end users to the line of business to the
CxO
. Ability to drive satisfied and referenceable customers while maintaining an accurate forecast and working with multiple channel partners is critical. This is a hunter territory that requires experience and proven success opening large accounts.
SHOULD YOU ACCEPT THIS CHALLENGE...
You will be:
Prospecting:
proven track-record of penetrating accounts; reaching decision-makers and closing business.
Direct strategic account planning and leadership of
Global Enterprise Service Provider
strategic accounts
Manage complex relationship network of ‘C’ level stakeholders and highest level senior internal representatives
Ensure account plans are signed-off and agreed by **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***. and customers.
Analyze statistical data related to clients business and industry to identify market trends for global mobile products and services focusing on contract retention and revenue growth in order to fully understand customer and market position.
Evaluate customer preferences, pricing, product terms and conditions to ensure that client requirements are met; gather and analyze data regarding competitor pricing and products and ensure that products and services fit customer requirements
Formulate strategies to market for nominated Global Enterprise strategic accounts in conjunction with the Propositions and industry segments area
Manage complex customer/ supplier / partner dynamics
Assess customer and market trends and provide timely and accurate revenue forecasting.
Drive accelerated revenue growth by identifying potential markets for new and existing products and services in accounts
Identify and pursue and close sales opportunities and leads which may come from meetings, clients, other Salesforce, vendors and others.
Supervise others, assign work, establish and maintain schedules and integrate work into a coherent and quality deliverable.
Deliver the necessary input to ensure on-time delivery of high quality proposals for managed accounts and prospects
Develop partnerships on account strategies where there are customer or industry synergies and plans
Work with Global Service Provider Director to optimize the customer relationship with a view to maximizing revenue and meeting customer satisfaction targets
Develop sales, business and relationship plan for accounts
WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO BRING TO THIS ROLE...
Deep understanding of the customer’s business, it’s market and industry alongside key decision-makers and influencers in account organization
Ability to translate customer’s objectives and strategy into relevant VGE proposition
Actively participate in preparation of customer meetings designed for customer C level
Liaise with Global Enterprise Senior Management as required for executive level sponsorship program
Knowledge of the global Telecoms and ICT markets with track record of having operate in multinational business environment
Bid Manager should be experienced in managing complex bids; Individual should have experience of managing bids and proposals with Total Contract Values in excess of 5-10 million
Experienced working with C Level (internal and customers)
Strong decision-making skills – able to identify key business issues and balance conflicting interests
Strong communication skills – able to convey understanding and earn respect across Global Enterprise.
7-10 yrs. successful global accounts/enterprise solution selling within technology services
7-10 yrs. Enterprise sales experience
Ability to lead and manage an international and distributed team.
Ability to think strategically and drive sales transformation programs
Deep work experience in Telecommunications / IT Industry
Enterprise Storage desirable
Excellent communicator (Verbal, Written, Presentation)
Native/Bilingual Spanish and business professional English Required
