They are able to solve customer requests but will proactively offer ideas and insights to meet the customer’s purchasing needs. This role is the front-line employee providing a great customer experience, and is responsible for resolving a broad range of customer impacting issues. This individual is extremely collaborative and works well in a team environment. This role requires competency in relationship building & influencing with a strong focus on providing a great customer experience and driving results. This role develops and executes marketing engagement strategies to increase customer lifetime value.
Accountable for the overall satisfaction of customers within their region.
Accountable for completion of marketing activities within a region prior to launch, support during launch, and follow up actions post launch for the major business initiatives they own.
Building and maintaining relationships with key personnel within small and medium sized business customers and partners.
Provides solutions to customer needs through our offers.
Works to achieve KPIs and client satisfaction scores determined by leadership.
Gathers customer feedback and creates B2B marketing engagement plans to drive leads to our partners.
Liaising with internal teams to ensure customer needs are fulfilled effectively.
Contributes to building our brand.

BA/BS degree or equivalent experience (4 years)
3 years of customer service and/or sales experience
Industry knowledge of customer satisfaction drivers; strong understanding of policy/process impact to front line employee & customer satisfaction.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills required.
Excellent interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to work in a cross-functional team environment required.
Strong customer focus, ability to probe customer needs and provide solutions.
Strong business acumen.
Customer experience certifications preferred (e.g. CCXP)
Skills using: Salesforce, LinkedIn SalesNavigator preferred
