Essential Functions:Identifies, prioritizes, and targets prospective new business opportunities with DSOs and large group practices.Develops messaging and marketing strategy for DSO accounts.Directs sales plans and strategies for the Company’s products that ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability.Develops and manages relationships with acquired and/or existing customers/executives to attain additional business and retain existing revenue.Sets strategies and action plans to cross-sell and up-sell accounts to increase overall total customer spend with the Company.Determines customer critical business issues and provides clients with a well-thought-out customer solution.Prepares sales proposals and negotiates contracts with national accounts and customers.Continuously monitors, measures, and improves upon sales processes to drive higher penetration in target verticals and lateral expansion across strategic accounts.Partners closely with marketing, product management, and the lab to refine and optimize inbound lead channels to align with sales efforts.Collaborates effectively with other internal departments to develop and implement competitive sales strategies.Partners with other divisions and/or functional managers including but not limited to Production Departments, Lab Operations, and Marketing to maintain open and constructive communication channels and ensure seamless client service delivery.Establishes sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions and territories and projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products.Obtains profitable results through sales team by developing team through motivation, coaching, sales development, and product knowledge development.Stays current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors and uses that information to set prices, sales strategies, promotional opportunities, etc.Updates job knowledge by reading professional publications, maintaining personal networks, and participating in professional organizations; stays abreast of market conditions, business trends, and industry developments.Supervises staff in accordance with Company policies and procedures.Ensures direct reports understand departmental performance standards and expectations; coaches, mentors, trains, and supports team in order to optimize opportunities for success and growth; ensures team environment is consistent with organizational culture and values.Education and Experience:Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field of study.Minimum five (5) years of experience in sales/marketing, preferably in dental or medical device field.Minimum five (5) years of experience in dental sales.Experience performing return-on-investment analysis, risk analysis, and forecasting.Experience negotiating international sales and distribution agreements and contracts.Pay Range: $140K - $200K
