As the Clinical Territory Manager for Medical Solutions Division (MSD), you will leverage 3Ms science, market leading technologies, trusted brand and global reach to actively shape the wound care market from within one of Australias leading skin and wound businesses.As the successful Clinical Territory Manager you will strive to exceed sales targets through selling and providing clinical education to existing medical solutions customers on the benefits of MSDs products in order to drive and grow revenue.Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify new accounts/customers and extending product usage within the clinical environmentMaintain and grow customers within existing portfolioEnsures sales and clinical strategy implementation is aligned with commercial directivesWork with State team and RSM to develop and update State sales planWork with Marketing to develop relationships and communicate with KOLsSell the features/clinical benefits of 3M products and provide clinical education to prescribers, KOLs and medical staff in assigned facilities to drive and grow revenue in line with commercial directivesParticipation in pre-tender planning, tender submission and post contract planning to ensure timely completion of the inter-functional parts of the process as requiredKey CriteriaBachelors degree or higher from an accredited university e.g business, nursing or relatedStrong sales performer within medical solutions and/or devices.Experience in wound care highly advantageousExperience in Operating theatres, CSSD and Infection Control advantageousExperience leading and working in cross-functional teams is desiredStrong business and financial acumen. Confident in presenting strategy
