Alltech, Inc. is a leading Technology Staffing firm; we have proudly served our clients in Middle Tennessee since 1998. We are seeking an IT sales professional to join our team as an
Account Manager
to help expand our presence in the Middle Tennessee market. We are looking for individuals with the desire and motivation to seek out companies and establish the relationships necessary to be successful in the sales role. 90% of the initial efforts will be cold calling, lead development, and relationship building. We are looking for individuals with the desire to establish strong client relationships and are motivated to make the sale. Candidates must be aggressive, persistent and have strong work ethic.
Requirements:
• Previous business to business sales experience
• Experience canvassing and cold calling into various types of local businesses, with evidence of consistent and current success
• Ability to set up meetings with qualified decision makers through sales prospecting via cold calling and networking
• Ability and desire to create relationships with clients
• Ability to work with minimal supervision while maintaining focus and productivity to meet sales quotas / sales goals
• Self-motivation, flexibility and adaptability to new situations
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to sell at all decision-making levels
• Good organization and documentation skills
• Information technology and staffing industry experience a plus, but not necessary
