Job Overview
**MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***. are seeking a Revenue & Growth Manager for an industry leading company within the Motor Industry - based in Co. Dublin.
The position will play a key role in the development and oversight of strategies to incrementally grow company turnover.
Overview of responsibilities:
Expanding the range of locations at which the service is available.
Optimising the company's fleet to ensure greater coverage in areas of high demand.
Collaborating with sales and marketing functions to increase overall product demand and brand awareness.
Investigating pricing and new product opportunities and bringing these to fruition through collaboration with relevant teams.
Developing new sales channels and strengthening existing channels
Building and maintaining relationships with local and national government, to establish service across Ireland.
Collaborating across the organisation to create new commercial partnerships.
Forecasting expectations for sales volume and revenue in line with organisational budgetary cycles.
Planning fleet supply to match forecasted demand.
Analysing and reporting revenue and sales performance for a range of internal and external stakeholders
Maintain an overall short and medium-term pipeline for new revenue opportunities.
Maximising the sales team strengthen the revenue through various revenue streams.
Work in conjunction with stakeholders to maximise the customer journey through App and website developments.
Review existing processes and suggest improvements where needed.
Achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
Update manager on progress preparing weekly activity reports.
Manage online booking engines systems for clients.
Develop a strong knowledge of service offering and an understanding of the industry.
Keep informed of industry developments, trends and competitor activities.
Interaction with Group Car Sharing Business exchanging best practices and monthly/ad hoc reporting.
Person Specification
Natural closer, enterpreurial, target driven and motivated by success.
Ability to adapt to a changing and progressive organisation.
Record of success in winning new sales.
Excellent communication, and time management skills
Strong interpersonal skill 
Essential Skills and Experience
The ability to manage and learn new systems and work under pressure.
Proven negotiation skills
Punctual, accurate and strong attention to detail is a must.
Strong I.T. skills are required.
Experience in Sales and Account Management
Strong analytical and reporting skills.
Previous experience in the mobility sector a strong advantage
A natural relationship builder both internally and externally.
