Job Title: Infrastructure Solution Sales/Business Development

Job Responsibilities:
This role will represent the company in the region and play a pivotal role in enabling customers to achieve desired business outcomes in various areas of IT Infrastructure Management.
KRA's:
New business development – Acquisition of New Logo
Consistent Achievement of Sales Quota, breakthrough sales with new logos added, multiyear renewals, up-sell and cross-sell
Lead business deals across multiple verticals - Align account based strategy
Build and Manage Client relationships at the CXO level
Set and Exceed Revenue, Order Booking Targets
Participate in the Presales Effort on Proposals, RFP’s
Responsible for the account planning and execution activities in designated accounts - consultative selling effort.
Understand customers’ strategic roadmaps and goals, recommend optimal solutions in order to achieve those goals, and work with clients to arrive at a suitable business case that included tangible return on investments
Presenting and publishing the proposals (proactive ones as well as responses to RFP/RFIs)
Ensure Customer Satisfaction
Work with Internal Teams of Presales, Delivery and Support
Job Requirements:
A Passionate Sales Professional and an experienced Account Manager who has engaged at CXO levels
BE/BS or MBA from an institute of repute with 7-14 years of experience with at least 5 years in the US
Understanding of Offshoring process and methodologies and IT Infrastructure Services as a domain
Ability to present at senior levels, and have the first level consulting capability
Exposure to delivery, sales or pre-sales roles will be required
Should have managed a multi-million USD account, across various geographies
