Splunku2019s Americas Internal Communications Manager is a hands-on, high-profile role that will liaise and align closely with the Americas GM, Global Sales leadership, Global Sales Communications in APAC and EMEA, Field Enablement, GTM and cross-functional partners specifically in the Americas region.Responsibilities:Partner closely with Splunku2019s AMER GM and Sales leadership team to develop and deliver cutting-edge, scalable communications that improve productivity, clarify and drive conversations, build connectedness, and inspire innovation and engagement across Splunk's Americas Sales and GTM employee community.Excite, engage and align Splunku2019s AMER employee community around the company's strategic objectives, story, values and mission.Develop and deliver cutting-edge, scalable Americas internal communications that improve productivity, drive conversation, connectedness and innovation across Splunk's Americas employee community.Create and drive internal communications Americas strategy, deliverables and engagement for key internal communications channels such as Splunk intranet, Slack, tools, communication best practices, company meetings and email.u00A0Actively partner with the global internal communications teams to ensure alignment of internal messaging, timing and editorial strategies.Provide dedicated internal communications partnership to the head of our AMER region and coordinate with PR and Social teams on that executive's comms.Collaborate with the AMER Core leadership Team as appropriate.Manage reputation and issues-based communications programs (i.e. crisis) - working closely with the AMER HR and AMER Legal teams.Evolve existing and create new communication channels to ensure an optimal mix of top-down, sideways and bottoms-up communication is taking place.Build a sense of connectedness between managers and employees through communication initiatives that inspire and support managers..Balance planned communications with unplanned and urgent business needs.Drive overall AMER employee communications in alignment with Splunku2019s other corporate, internal and theater GM communications leaders.Requirements:Demonstrated experience leading and driving an employee/internal communications function at a mid to large company.Ability to interact effectively and influence all levels of leadership, including company and regional executive teams.Experience working across different countries/languages/cultures, specifically Latin America and CanadaData-driven and results-oriented in managing and scaling global communications programs, processes and protocols.Experience in high-growth environments and understanding of how to scale great company cultures and manage organizational change efforts.Creative with exceptional writing and verbal communication.u00A07-10 years of experience managing communication programs and teams.Bacheloru2019s degree in related fields or equivalent.
