Bethany Behavioral Health (a UHS facility):
Bethany Behavioral, a Unit of Cedar Ridge, is a 60-bed psychiatric hospital offering adult behavioral health programs and treatment services. Our team of dedicated professionals provides crisis stabilization and medication management to patients who have disorders such as depression, anxiety, mood disorders, paranoia and schizophrenia. We provide a secure haven for patients who are having suicidal or homicidal thoughts. We can help patients regain their sense of self-worth. At Cedar Ridge Behavioral Hospital at Bethany, we offer an adult inpatient program that specializes in depression, bipolar disorder, anxiety and other mood disorders. The adult inpatient mental health treatment is for individuals over the age of 18 with severe mental illness that is impacting their ability to function.

Position Summary:
The Account Manager/Community Liaison serves as liaison between the facility, the community, and referring agencies, presenting a positive and professional public image of the facility within the community. Creates demand for the facility’s services through the effective application of ethical marketing principles and sales methods. Implements the facility’s strategic sales plan for assigned territory, enhances facility’s brand/image, and effectively manages assigned accounts to meet departmental and facility business development goals. Performs duties in accordance with the facility’s mission, values, policies, and behavioral standards. Reports to the Business Development Director. Focus is on adult psychiatric patient population.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business or related field required.
Experience may be evaluated on a case-by-case basis in lieu of a degree.
Prior marketing and/or sales experience within a behavioral healthcare setting preferred.
Three years minimum documented experience in referral development, account management, sales growth, and physician relationships preferred.
Must have a valid Oklahoma Drivers License.
Must possess demonstrated business development concepts, sales abilities, competency in computer usage, and excellent written and oral communication skills; knowledge of and skills in application of marketing and sales principles; creativity and flexibility; skills in data collection analysis and interpretation; record of adherence to deadlines; customer service skills; and willingness to
travel, including overnight travel as required. Must be able to demonstrate tact, resourcefulness, patience and dedication in a fast-paced environment.
Prefer knowledge of the Oklahoma behavioral health marketplace, insurance plans, target markets and referral sources, psychiatric and chemical dependency treatment and, age-specific programming.
