Job Summary
The Branded Partner Account Manager will support the development and execution of strategic branded partnerships that drive both revenue and growth to **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***.. He/she will work alongside existing branded partners and contribute to delivering best in class sales, customer experience, operational execution, financial performance at a group of branded partner locations in a designated market area, including; establishing goals and motivating retail store partners to achieve sales objectives, monitoring and ensuring that retail store locations are staffed, and representatives are trained to deliver a great customer experience.
Job Description
Core Responsibilities
Contributes to functional strategy development with branded partner. Partners cross- functionally with other departments to ensure that operational plans roadmap is aligned with overall business objectives to ensure success of our branded partners.
Works with ROM team to ensure that each Retail Store is maintained and merchandised consistent with brand standards and operating guidelines.
Works with the Branded Partner, CU and appropriate Retail Operations representatives to ensure compliance with customer service-based training and standards certification.
Works with branded partners to ensure excellence in customer service with every customer contact.
Reviews, analyzes and audits customer and financial reports including sales, inventory, productivity, and NPS to achieve or exceed budgeted performance.
Routinely visit all locations within the Portfolio to ensure proper operating procedures, appearance, and rules / regulations are being followed.
Monitor, analyze, and report on the store performance (sales and operations KPIs).
Promote communication and information flow within all levels of organization operations.
Drive data analysis and reporting related to finance deliverables (cash, chargebacks, etc.)
Provide oversight / approval for vendor relations, training, supply chain, merchandising, accessories, and Sales Force Analytics.
Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) as necessary.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent
Preferred candidate will have a strong operational knowledge of **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***. owned and operated retail stores and broad understanding of **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***.'s operations (call center, care, tech ops, billing, warehouse).
5 years in affiliate/partner account management experience at national or large region level.
Self-starter with demonstrated success in driving new business from concept, to sale, and through the execution phase
Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate team members.
Strong analytical and interpersonal communication skills.
Proven ability to use influence to drive business results.
Demonstrated experience in bringing concepts to life through written presentations.
Ability to collaborate across multiple groups and understand the value of working as a team.
Communicate effectively and tactfully with persons on all levels - in person, on the phone and in writing.
Experience adapting to challenges, providing support, and guiding communications in a constantly changing retail environment.
Outstanding time management, follow through and organizational skills.
Strong ability to lead multiple deadline-sensitive projects/people at the same time.
Excellent writing, communications, negotiation and analytical skills.
Highly proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Able to travel up to 50% of the time.
