JOB DESCRIPTION
Cintas is seeking a Sales Operations Manager. Responsibilities include driving operational initiatives for the division to increase/enhance sales and sales support
efficiency and productivity through effectively leading and managing each initiative through its life cycle; planning, implementing (including training), measuring
success and closing of all projects; accomplishing each initiative by owning and executing the project; ensuring that project goals meet specifications; achieving
quality standards and ensuring the project reaches completion on time and within budget. The Sales Operations Manager will have customer-facing interaction that
will assist the field sales organization with complex operational solutions for our customers.
SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS
Required
*Ability to travel up to 50% of the time *High School Diploma/GED *Minimum 3 years' operations experience *Sales or Sales Support experience
Preferred
*Bachelor's Degree *Direct Sale Strategic Markets (DSSM) Operations experience *Direct Sale Strategic Markets experience
