Description
Are you passionate about the Medicare population and looking for a role in healthcare leadership with a focus on working with the brokerage channel? If so, we are looking for highly motivated and self-driven individuals to join our team. As an Associate Director, Partner Channel Inside Sales, you will support Humana's production goals by leading and guiding the Broker Relationship Executives and overseeing agent and external customer relationships. You will also provide strategic and tactical guidance and performance direction to ensure all sales goals are met or exceeded.

Responsibilities
As an Associate Director, Partner Channel Inside Sales you will:
Coordinate, direct and supervise the activities of sales leaders and sales associates in the local unit, including lead distribution, production reports and analyses of incentive payments
Develop strategic sales plans and activities for a team of inside sales associates
Formulate and implement strategies that will help sales associates meet departmental goals and production requirements
Build and sustain productive long-term relationships with key centers of influence within the business and with external business partners
You will manage approximately 15 direct reports, and report to a sales Director.

Required Qualifications:
5 years of relevant experience in either broker/agency relationship or sales leadership
Strong organizational, interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
Great with laptop computers, cell phones and the ability to navigate mobile apps. This also includes knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Power Point
Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences
Must have the ability to provide a high-speed DSL or cable modem for a home office. Associates or contractors who live and work from home in the state of California will be provided payment for their internet expense.
A minimum standard speed for optimal performance of 25x10 (25mpbs download x 10mpbs upload) is required.
Satellite and Wireless Internet service is NOT allowed for this role.
A dedicated space lacking ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI / HIPAA information

Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree
General understanding of economic, financial, and operational concepts
Prior management experience in a sales environment
Prior experience working in Medicare and the health solutions industry
Additional Information:
You will need to obtain your Health and Life insurance licenses within 30 days of your start date
This position may require up to 15% travel.
