Commercial Sales: Direct Sales SupportJob Summary As a Sales & Service Specialist, you will be a key member of the Sales & Service Support team responsible for complex billing inquiries from Commercial Enterprise customers.Job DutiesRespond to customers, sales account team, agents and/or vendors questions on bills for products and services.Secure and assist customers by explaining invoices, making adjustments and corrections to customer accounts.Work with contracts and apply termination liabilities as required.Access and review customer bills, process credits/debit adjustments, support collection of delinquent accounts.Build customer relationships by providing quality service to inbound assigned accounts.Provide superior product and service information to current and prospective customers.Work closely with sales department handling incoming calls for assigned accounts.Troubleshoot customer problems and help resolve customer concerns.Provide inbound call assistance to non-assigned accounts as scheduled and in emergency critical situations.Perform all other duties/assignments as required.Requirements3 year of telecom experience required.5 years of Telecommunications (ISP, MSO, Telcos) experience preferred.A 2-year college degree in Accounting, Finance, Economic, Business, Management of Information Systems, Engineering, Math, or equivalent combination of education and experience is requiredStrong organizational skills are required. Must have the ability to multi-task.Proficiency with the following systems: M6, DPI, Virtual Front Office, Salesforce, STATs, and a strong working knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite of productsExperience with Fiber, Ethernet, TDM/SONET networks technology & protocols would be an asset but not requiredExcellent written and verbal communication skills across all levels (team members, peers & senior management)
