What you will do:

As a Sustainability Solutions Regional Sales Manager, you will strategically plan, direct and coordinate the selling activities of sales representatives under your supervision in accordance with budgeted objectives in order to obtain maximum profitability and volume in relation to pre-set standards. You will interview, hire, train and develop top level talent. In addition, you will develop plans in accordance with the Director of Sales to maximize sales opportunities in the region and push yourself to exceed each goal. As a Regional Manager, you love living in the fast lane and find purpose in Stryker’s mission and products that are making healthcare better. This territory oversees Washington, Oregon, Alaska, and Northern Idaho markets.

What you need:


Bachelor’s Degree from an Accredited University
3 years of sales or sales management experience.

We launched Products for the Planet, where we donate trees to the National Forest Foundation based on increased device collections. This year, we are on track to plant over 75,000 trees.
