Description
Identity and Access Management Engineer 2 of Humana Smart Insights has high technical skills, an in-depth understanding of the Group Segment's customer and broker reporting capability, and is responsible for all onboarding and off-boarding activities related to customer reporting system and security access for both internal and external constituents. This person is responsible for establishing and maintaining detailed and tight controls to ensure regulatory and compliance standards and guidelines are met and risks associated with inappropriate data-sharing and access are mitigated.
Responsibilities
Identity and Access Management Engineer 2 of Humana Smart Insights has high technical skills, an in-depth understanding of the Group Segment's customer and broker reporting capability, and is responsible for all onboarding and off-boarding activities related to customer reporting system and security access for both internal and external constituents. This person is responsible for establishing and maintaining detailed and tight controls to ensure regulatory and compliance standards and guidelines are met and risks associated with inappropriate data-sharing and access are mitigated.
Key Responsibilities
Manages access request intake process for both internal and external constituents
Collaborates with Sales and Sales System Access and Security Management engineer to proactively remove access when needed
Implements new access and access changes with high sense of urgency
Develops and manages controls for internal users, brokers, and employers by establishing defined levels of access with unique access parameters
Lead partnership with legal and compliance and other internal stakeholders to ensure appropriate controls are established
Performs routine audit and provides sign off that controls are in place and working effectively; leads compliance reporting process for Humana Smart Insights platform
Collaborate with IT, vendor (Deerwalk) and other Humana Smart Insights team members to troubleshoot and address system/access issues
Leads access on-boarding/off-boarding/change process improvement, implementing new solutions to reduce time, increase accuracy and strengthen controls
Contributes to the build out of the Humana Smart Insights team; continuously evaluating opportunities to address and contribute to the evolving needs of the business
Collaborate with the Group Sales Enablement team and Group Segment as a whole to ensure that the work of the team is cohesive, prioritized and meets the needs and goals of the business
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree
5 years of experience, preferably in sales enablement / operations or technology administration
Detail oriented
Process driven, yet flexible as dictated by the situation
Quality focused and accountable
Adept at research and problem-solving
Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on sales and continuously improving consumer experiences that translate to better outcomes
Excellent oral and written communication skills, previous experience interacting with executive leadership
Flexible, dynamic personality with a demonstrated ability to lead and influence others without authority while contributing individually
