Are you a proven sales leader looking for an opportunity to join a leading Healthcare organization? We are looking for a strong business minded individual who are highly motivated and self-driven leaders to join our sales team.

Responsibilities

The DMS Sales Manager will be responsible for leading and developing a highly engaged, top- performing team of 15-25 Inside Sales Agents who sell the portfolio of products offered to prospects and members over the phone. Additional responsibilities include providing ongoing training, monitoring sales results and trends, and implementing tactical operations for projects and initiatives.

Responsible for achieving Retail Sales goals for all individual product lines

Responsible for Human Capital growth and development, investment in culture, engagement and well-being

Strategic planner and thinker

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience

Active Health Insurance license in the residing state (OR the willingness AND ability to obtain within 75 days of hire date)

2 years of leadership experience with direct reports

3 years of sales experience

2 years call center experience

Strong emotional intelligence

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint

Must be willing to work any shift on any day of the week between call center hours (7am-9pm CST), including nights and weekends, or any additional hours based on business needs

Experience in the healthcare industry

Bilingual with the ability to speak, read and write in both English and an additional language without limitations or assistance Additional Information

Any Humana associate who speaks with a member in a language other than English must take a language proficiency assessment, provided by an outside vendor, to ensure competency. Applicants will be required to take the Interagency Language Rating (ILR) test as provided by the Federal Government.
