Job Summary
Responsible for developing reporting strategies and providing administrative support to the Indirect Sales Channel within Comcast Business Masergy. Provide payment detail support as well as technical and process support. Provides analytical and statistical support and prepares analysis of sales forecasts, sales reports, and ad hoc analysis. Has in-depth experience, knowledge, and skills within operations and sales. Role will be 100% virtual.
Job Description
Core Responsibilities:
Acts as a central point of contact for the integration of Masergy Indirect Sales Channel departmental systems, business processes, policies, etc. within the Comcast Business Indirect Sales Channel.
Provides periodic and ad hoc reporting for the Comcast Business Masergy Indirect Channel Sales Department; develops new reports and provides statistical data analysis.
Reviews, analyzes, and provides full life-cycle support of SPIF (Sales Program Incentive Funds) payment details.
Collaborates interdepartmentally to develop, evaluate, and recommend technical and systematic procedures and improve process efficiencies for the organization as a whole.
Integrate Masergy legacy and Comcast Business legacy systems, tools, business processes, and policies; develop tactics to create best practices as one department.
Identifies problems and recommends solutions for technical issues and reporting discrepancies.
Coordinates the flow of information and communication between Indirect Sales, Sales Support, and Business Operations.
Provides oversight to overall sales support processes and offer necessary guidance to develop best practices.
Keeps abreast of sales strategies, trends, initiatives and best practices within the Company and competitive landscape.
Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary.

Preferred Skills:
Experience with legacy Masergy systems, tools, and internal processes.
Systems and Tools: Microsoft Office (intermediate to advanced with Excel) and Salesforce
