Job Summary
Responsible for selling advertising products and services by soliciting advertising dollars from regional clients and advertising agencies in accordance with the Company's sales guidelines, strategies and policies. Manages high volume of SMB accounts with primary expectation to retain and grow accounts, as well as develop new business opportunities. Offers geo-targeted video solutions to allow small advertisers the opportunity to reach customers in their retail trading areas.

Core Responsibilities
Manages high volume of SMB accounts with primary expectation to retain and grow (upsell) active accounts, including lengthening contract agreements.
Seeks new customers by prospecting following Company's planned sales strategies and tactics, including timely follow-up of inbound leads.
Analyzes confidential information, prepares reports, manuals, agendas and general correspondence.
Presents opportunistic packages to prospective or regional active advertisers to generate incremental revenue.
Completes required documentation and reporting for the proper processing of contracts, advertising schedules, sales calls and expense reports.
Maintains up-to-date customer and prospect records and participates in development of sales forecasts.
Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary.

Meeting or exceeding monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Building and maintaining long-lasting relationships with clients.
Timeliness of communication with clients & key internal/external partners.
Maintaining a strong pipeline of potential new clients.
Success Measures
Meeting or exceeding monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Increasing the number of advertising contracts signed and maintained with clients.
Campaign Health quarterly business reviews and other business health metrics.
Effective collaboration with business partners (Sales Development, Ad Operations, Campaign Management, Yield & Planning).
Demonstrating a thorough understanding of the advertising industry and staying up-to-date with industry & business trends and changes.

Base Pay: $42,000.00
Total Target Compensation (Base Pay plus Targeted Commission): $60,000.00
