Description

The Agency Broker Executive - Life Insurance places outbound calls based on leads, and completes the sales of products and/or services. The Agency Broker Executive work assignments are varied and frequently require interpretation and independent determination of the appropriate courses of action.

Responsibilities

The Agency Broker Executive arranges for field representative to visit prospects if sales are not closed. Responsible for managing the day-to-day selling and/or account management for Life insurance/ Telesales. Accountable for achieving new sales and/or renewal goals for defined territory or book of accounts. Understands department, segment, and organizational strategy and operating objectives, including their linkages to related areas. Makes decisions regarding own work methods, occasionally in ambiguous situations, and requires minimal direction and receives guidance where needed. Follows established guidelines/procedures.

Required Qualifications

Active Health and Life Insurance licenses in the residing state (OR the willingness AND ability to obtain within 75 days of hire)

3-5 years of leadership management experience

3-5 years of sales experience

Must be willing to work any shift on any day during business operation hours (5am-10pm est), including nights and weekends, or any additional hours based on business needs.

Must be willing to travel up to 50% (within the year) for business needs

Honorable Military Service

Bilingual with the ability to speak, read, and write in both English and an additional language without limitations or assistance

Work-At-Home Requirements

WAH requirements: Must have the ability to provide a high speed DSL or cable modem for a home office. Associates or contractors who live and work from home in the state of California will be provided payment for their internet expense.

A minimum standard speed for optimal performance of 25x10 (25mpbs download x 10mpbs upload) is required.

Satellite and Wireless Internet service is NOT allowed for this role.
