Job Description

This position is critical to delivering our Medicare marketing programs and will manage direct mail operations year-round. Other areas may include development or inputs of automation tools, digital and other mediums to promote enrollment into our Medicare programs.

Fundamental Components:

• Review program results and work with telesales and analytics teams to develop strategic recommendations.

• Develop and implement processes, tools and initiatives that support and improve the operations of the marketing operating system.

• Help marketing organization ensure materials match approved content through extensive validation process.

• Lead project management and develop timelines across internal and external stakeholders.

• Development of campaign requirements (CARDS) for market program implementation

• Collaborate with our internal creative team as well as external agency partners to ensure marketing material and campaign designs remain compliant

• Work with analytics to review counts and model accuracy

• Work with procurement and print vendors on print bids for the year round acquisition and retention campaigns

• Support the development of our marketing automation system to ensure appropriate functionality is available for upcoming campaigns.

• Proxy for budget / cost center management and tracking.

• Other responsibilities as assigned.

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

Minimum: 60,300

Maximum: 130,000

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.

Required Qualifications

• 3 years' experience in marketing or related field.

Preferred Qualifications

• 5 years' experience in marketing or related field.

• Experience working in highly regulated industry a plus.

• Experience working with marketing project management/automation tools a plus.

• Proven ability to work in fast paced environment.

• Excellent attention to detail.

Education

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent (HS Diploma 4 years of relevant experience) required.
