Brightcove Global Services (BGS) partners, designs, and builds highly scalable and complex video solutions on our platform for some of the best-known companies in the world and we're expanding. Position Overview: Services Engagement Manager
The Client Solutions Manager is part of the Client Solutions Team within BGS. This role provides support to the Senior Client Solutions Managers as well as to our Sales team in their effort to sale Brightcove Services.
Job Responsibilities:
Supports the global Client Solutions team with assignments, proposals and administrative activities related to Services engagements
Oversees the management and renewals of annual retainers and services contracts
Partners with Sales team on delivery of SOWs for “productized” service offerings and repeatable solutions
Engage with customers and prospects related to Services projects, proposals and related activities
Transition new projects from the Sales process to the BGS Delivery team to ensure seamless customer engagement
Interfaces with BGS Operations team and Sales Operations on reporting and KPI tracking
Qualifications/Experience:
5 years of experience in client management, sales operations, and/or solution selling in a technical services environment
3 years working directly with strategic customers and can articulate proposals that address the customer’s business needs
Willingness to build positive and productive relationships with customers and being responsible for overall client success in a measured manner.
Willingness to liaise with cross-functional teams (Product/Legal/Finance) to ensure client needs are fulfilled effectively.
Undergraduate Degree in Business Management or related area, or equivalent experience required.
Previous experience in OTT (AVOD/SVOD/TVE) service design, development or delivery (not required but helpful).
Experience with tools such as SFDC, Kimble, Jira and Gsuite are strongly desired.
Strong presentation and writing skills
