The Rewards Solutions business is part of Aon’s Human Capital Solutions and serves clients through it’s brands including McLagan and Radford data and consulting services. As part of an industry-leading commercial sales team, your impact as a Sales colleague includes both current client growth and new business acquisition within the financial services, insurance, fintech, Insurtech, wealth management and related professional services sectors in North America! This position can be located in New York, Chicago, Boston, Denver, San Francisco, and additional locations as well.Job Responsibilities:Direct sales developing clients and maintaining existing corporate clients across North American headquartered companies in financial services, banking, technology, and a variety of sub-industriesProspecting and outreach to develop pipeline for business development is essential to success; determination, perseverance, confidence and organization requiredInterface with prospects including the CxO level spanning emerging companies to established organizations, proactively developing and maintaining mutually productive relationshipsFocused, active listening skills with innovation in solving to client and prospect objectives/needs with Rewards Solutions offerings including compensation surveys and advisory services.Exercise discretion and sound judgment with respect to negotiating terms of sales and closing business, always representing Aon principlesManage annual client renewal for assigned firms including expanding survey participation and other offerings. As required, ensure survey inputs are received as of scheduled survey deadline when retention of client is at riskCommunicate efficiently with internal teams including sales colleagues, survey operations, order process and retention team, marketing, accounting, and consulting group when appropriateActive and continuous initiative to learn and maintain knowledge of all surveys, survey processes, broader McLagan, Radford and Aon offerings as the comprehensive value proposition for prospects and clients.Required Experience: You Bring Knowledge and ExpertiseSuperior professional selling and account management skills, negotiation and closing via phone and online environmentMinimum of 5 years Sales experience in high volume account management and new business success in a solution/services selling environment with consistent quota achievementHuman Resources related experience, products, services and/or prior survey knowledge is a plusHome office/workspace set up for uninterrupted daily execution of calls and video interactions; virtual work locations available for short or long term depending on proximity to Aon officeStrong organizational and time management skills to establish and meet goals and daily priorities independentlyPrior use of Salesforce and online meeting presentation tools for selling (WebEx); Outlook efficiency and Excel experience essentialAbility to actively listen and act autonomously on a prospect/clients’ questions, goals and objectives to provide superior serviceQuick analytical listening to assess what drives client reliance on Aon’s resourcesProfessionally seasoned verbal and written communication skillsTeam player required - Internal cooperative sales team environment encourages goal-oriented collaboration among sales team members with focus on both individual and team achievement.Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business or other related degree or equivalentWe offer youA competitive total rewards package, continuing education & training, and tremendous potential with a growing worldwide organization.Our Colleague Experience:From helping clients gain access to capital after natural disasters, to creating access to health care and retirement for millions, Aon colleagues empower results for our clients, communities, and each other every day.
