Aon Is Looking For A Health Solutions Consulting Account Executive Vice President - Large Market As part of an industry-leading team, you will help empower results for our clients by delivering innovative and effective solutions supporting Health Solutions in one of our US offices in a hybrid work environment.    As a Health Solutions Consulting Account Executive Vice President, you will report directly to the Local Practice Leader in your location. The Health Solutions Consulting Account Executive will be a key contributor and leader for large market clients.  The role involves the management and growth of ongoing U.S. health and benefits client work.  This position will have frequent interactions with the client Human Resource/Benefit Director for the delivery of benefits consulting services and executive level contacts within HR and Finance for broader strategic discussions.  Responsibilities include developing and proactively positioning opportunities for Aon’s consulting expertise in Health Solutions to be brought forward, leading and owning complex consulting projects, proactive leadership engagement, frequent vendor interface, developing and delivering client strategies, leading external client/prospect meetings and internal resource coordination.   All told, the Health Solutions Consulting Account Executive has responsibilities for revenue growth, both with prospects and with existing clients through identification of client needs for additional consulting services.  Your Impact As A Health Solutions Consulting Account Executive Vice President - Large Market Job Responsibilities:Grow client and prospect relationships through excellent service and by expanding the types of services delivered.
