Responsibilities

Humana's Marketing organization is seeking a Sales Engagement Marketing Lead to join the Agent Marketing Team working anywhere in the US. As the Sales Engagement Marketing Lead, you will plan, recommend, implement, and optimize best-in-class agent marketing strategies for our PDP, Med Supp and specialty businesses and new business segments as they are prioritized. You will have a relentless focus on driving an industry leading end-to-end sales experience. Additionally, you will work closely with our sales organization, sales enablement and engagement team members and other cross functional areas to deliver agent engagement and enablement experiences that deliver results for our PDP, MedSupp and specialty/IDV (dental, vision, hearing) plans and new business segments.

Key Role Functions

Lead the creation and execution of a market leading agent experiences in support of our MedSupp, IDV, PDP businesses and new business segments

Lead the development and implementation of a balanced scorecard and balanced scorecard reporting tool to measure the effectiveness of agent solutions and identify opportunities for continuous improvement

Design the strategy and influence and align with marketing colleagues, key internal business partners, and other cross-functional teams for our MedSupp, IDV, PDP and new business segments

Lead Agent NPS measurement efforts and action plan development; drive alignment with key stakeholders and lead implementation of improvement and test and learn efforts

Lead by example by emulating behaviors consistent with the new ways of working, as well as Humana values

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Quantitative Business Analysis or related field

5 years of marketing experience

5 years of strategy & project leadership experience

Experience influencing cross functional teams to deliver best in class audience experiences

Budget management experience

Sales CRM experience

Strategically oriented, resourceful, influential, critical thinker

Ability to create and maintain relationships with internal and external partners

Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences

Preferred Qualifications

MBA or advanced degree

Prior health insurance industry experience

Prior experience with sales team or within a sales organization

Additional Requirements/Information

This roles is 100% remote anywhere in the US and operates on EST/CST business hours.

Work-At-Home Requirements

All Humana associates approved for the Home or Hybrid Home/Office work styles are required to self-provide wireless, wired cable or DSL access to the internet at the connectivity speeds required by the company to successfully perform their job with the exception of associates who live or work from home in the state of California, Illinois, Montana, or South Dakota. Connectivity requirements are detailed below.

Connectivity - Requirement Details

To ensure Home or Hybrid Home/Office associates' ability to work effectively, the self-provided internet service of Home or Hybrid Home/Office associates must meet the following criteria:

At minimum, a download speed of 25 Mbps and an upload speed of 10 Mbps is recommended to support Humana applications, per associate.

Wireless, Wired Cable or DSL connection is suggested.

Satellite, cellular and microwave connection can be used only if they provide an optimal connection for associates. The use of these methods must be approved by leadership. (See Wireless, Wired Cable or DSL Connection in Exceptions, Section 7.0 in this policy.)

Humana will not pay for or reimburse Home or Hybrid Home/Office associates for any portion of the cost of their self-provided internet service, with the exception of associates who live or work from Home in the state of California, Illinois, Montana, or South Dakota. Associates who live and work from Home in the state of California, Illinois, Montana, or South Dakota will be provided a bi-weekly payment for their internet expense.

Humana will provide Home or Hybrid Home/Office associates with telephone equipment appropriate to meet the business requirements for their position/job.
