curious and outgoing employees that want to bring customer dreams to reality and jump in on a new retail platform that is fast evolving! This person will need to live within a commutable distance to the Richfield/Bloomington, MN area

As a Virtual Sales Expert, you will be based out of a studio location in Bloomington, MN where you will virtually inspire customers to provide them with memorable interactions. The location only interacts with customers virtually making it a controlled environment in pandemic situations. You don’t need to know the product information, we will teach you! This role supports sales, creation of content like unboxing and training videos, and solution support for both customers and employees nationally.

We will teach you everything you need to know but a few basics that will be helpful in this role: Interest in learning new areas like photography, computers, car technology, or phones

Be able to connect via chat, phone, and video with people and effectively listen and communicate

Be willing to learn new things!

Basic Qualifications: Must be at least 18 years of age

Preferred Qualifications: Experience creating and curating content on social and video platforms (personally or professionally)

6 months of sales, customer service, or retail experience

Consumer electronics experience

Salary Information

: The range for this role is $16.00-$18.69 per hour and is determined based on experience
