Job Description:
The role is responsible to deliver all metrics and targets for the Latam Sales team including financial, operational, and business objectives. The individual to fill in the role will take pride in representing the region's General Manager and overall Latam Sales team in internal meetings, forums, and projects to raise awareness on issues, work gap closure activities, and serve as a liaison for key topics.
Accountabilities
Ensure a pro-active and generative Health, Safety, Security, Environment (HSSE) culture across the Latam team.
Back up and support the LA General Manager (GM) including representation in recurring meetings and forums, developing Monthly Business Review content, managing team communications and messaging, plan and lead all leadership team meetings, preparing content for GM presentations, and driving special projects.
Drive end-to-end projects involving the Sales team and internal stakeholders including but not limited to Intrinsic Business Value (IBV) projects, Sales 1st, and Offer to Cash (OTC) and Lubricant Supply Chain (LSC) projects such as spot delivery issue resolution, and Roadmap business plan refresh.
Participate in annual planning cycle, including plan adjustments and cascading to the STL, DAM, and account levels for volume, C3, and Premiums.
Track monthly and annual LE and drive gap closure activities with the Sales teams.
Serve as KPI Program focal point for the Sales team in ensuring reporting accuracy, capturing plan changes, and managing the exceptions process.
Work with Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) team to ensure proper forecasting, medium-term planning, and represent Latam in the Operations Forum.
Interface with a wide variety of stakeholders, both within the Sales organization and across other functions such as OTC, Finance, Marketing, and others.

Requirements:
Must have legal authorization to work in the US on a full-time basis for anyone other than current employer.
Minimum five (5) years in commercial roles of increasing responsibility.
Bachelor degree or equivalent in a Business related field (Bus Adm, Mktg, etc.) required.
Fluency in English and Spanish is a must.
Managing the Direct Sales business in conjunction with multiple, diverse, enterprise initiatives.
Demonstrated leadership in managing business initiatives and projects.
Ability to influence internal and external stakeholders through various communication methods.
Strong analytical and strategic skills required.
Strategic business planning and implementation preferred.
Responding to multiple tasks with competing priorities.
Requires flexibility and quick response/turnaround times in addition to delegation and delivering results through others.
