Pure is looking to hire an
Alliance Manager for Emerging Partners and Programs
. In this role you will:
Join Pure’s Global Alliance Organization in driving Pure’s success in the areas of emerging partnerships and alliance partner programs.
Take our field execution and success with hyper-scale cloud partners to the next level to hit our ambitious partnership goals.
Manage Pure’s Emerging technology Alliance partners through on-boarding, sales alignment, and resource management.
Establish yourself as the ‘go-to’ resource for emerging partners and the related integration, development and market opportunities.
Support joint demand generation activity with emerging partners and programs--driving pipeline in existing Pure customers and creating whitespace opportunities.
Develop key GTM and field relationships between Pure stakeholders and their emerging partner counterparts.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO BRING TO THIS ROLE...
3 years of experience in sales, business development or alliance management in the technology industry.
Ability to balance strategy, GTM, and a get it done attitude while delivering on key milestones.
Be the emerging partner and program subject matter expert internally and externally. Represent these initiatives across all Pure functions and theaters.
Maintain a deep understanding of Pure’s integrations and solutions to articulate a Pure value proposition.
Motivated self-starter with a team player attitude that can work in a fast paced, cross-functional manner.
Proven track record on delivering results and getting things done.
Strong business acumen, outstanding communication skills and capability to effectively build relationships with leaders in the targeted Alliance ecosystem.
Effective collaboration with multiple cross-functional stakeholders, including sales, alliances, marketing, operations and other Alliance stakeholders.
Availability to travel domestically and internationally 30% to 40% of the time (when safe to do so).
Bachelor’s degree required, MBA a plus.
