Best Buy Health Enterprise Account Executive is responsible for building and harnessing relationships with Best Buy Health, the Virtual Care team and select large, strategic Provider healthcare organizations for the purpose of developing and growing business while deepening our collaboration with them to achieve our sales goals profitably. This role requires deep understanding of these targeted healthcare organizations and their strategic imperatives, steady relationship mapping and development, extensive internal collaboration across functions with the Best Buy Health and Enterprise to sell the right solutions to these organizations, building and maintaining visibility on the sales pipeline, and being the central resources for customers, enabling ease of doing business with our team. This individual must have the ability to influence without authority and work cross functionally across the organization. This person must demonstrate sales expertise, professionalism and confidence, ability to operate effectively in high pressure situations, and make accurate decisions quickly. The Enterprise Account Executive reports to the VP of Sales, Virtual Care.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute on strategic and revenue generating relationships with large Provider organizations
Mastery level knowledge of customer segment to engage with Strategic Enterprise Health System Provider Accounts and effectively establishes credibility with C-Level decision makers; engages, influence and convey the value proposition to the C-suite decision makers for principal accounts
Executes long-term strategies within Enterprise accounts successfully in coordination with Virtual Care teams: Offering Management, Sales Operations, Customer Experience and other key stakeholders
Drives customer satisfaction across the customer base with expert account management for national Provider accounts
Owns the sales pipeline for strategic Enterprise accounts and influences lead sourcing process
Identifies complex Enterprise opportunities and leads sales engagements
Develop new ideas by creating paths or programs to work with customers in new/creative ways
Presents results in monthly and quarterly business review meetings to key internal stakeholders
Partners with internal Virtual Care teams to drive success of large national accounts and the overall Sales organization through the following:
Provides expert support to customers and structures deals that best align with customer and company goals
Acts as a subject matter expert for complex negotiations from building a lead to closing on it, tracking progress within CRM and other data management tools
Partners with Sales operations and Sales enablement to test, measure, and execute on tactical sales
Partners with Offering Management to drive product improvement ideas based on customer insight
Utilize business/competitive intelligence to grow and expand the national account business for Providers
Assesses data about Enterprise accounts to grow and expand solution sales in targeted markets
Basic Qualifications
10 or more years of executive sales experience in a business-to-business sales environment
10 or more years industry specific leadership experience, Healthcare Sales and/or Business Development
5 or more years of high-level analytical skills required to identify and validate commercial opportunities
5 or more years of strong collaboration skills needed to communicate, refine, and advocate for solution development
5 or more years of proven ability to close complex deals and contracts and share learnings with team
Excellent communication skills; both written and verbal and experience presenting to a high-level audience
The ability to travel up to 75%
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience
5 or more years of Healthcare Professional, and Retail and Provider sales experience
