Job Description:
Join a fast-paced, highly dynamic and commercially focused B2B Lubricants Marketing Team, driving growth for Shell in the resilient B2B Sectors. Be prepared to be challenged and stretched but developed significantly and have fun with a team whose culture is very strong.
Develop & maintain the overall Distributor Commercial Offer which includes all key elements – contracts, programs & incentives, pricing, training, with goal of enabling Shell to deliver its growth aspirations in the Distributor Channel and within focus sectors.
Manage the full slate of Marketing SD&A growth programs, develop / enhance the Distributor Commercial Offer (DCO) with focus on the areas of differentiation between levels of alignment.
Become a regular member of the Distributor Advisory Council (DAC).
Requires strong leadership and collaboration with various roles with NA Lubricants across the end-to-end value chain: Supply Chain, Sales, Technical, OTC, Marketing, etc within significant exposure to the Distributor Sales GM.
Work closely with the Shell Distributor Marketing team to ensure our DCO is aligned well to our sector strategies and supporting programs.
Manage all aspects of the Distributor Data System (DDS) including design, communication and implementation.
Develop insights and recommendations for improving business sector performance through shared responsibility (along with Sales), including evaluation of the relevance and execution of CVPs, and benchmarking the product mix and price positioning.
Work with external agencies to develop and manage programs, constantly seeking improvement opportunities.

Requirements:
Must have legal authorization to work in the US on a full-time basis for anyone other than current employer.
Minimum 6 years’ experience in Marketing / Sales with understanding of the appropriate marketing tools and principles.
Extensive sales and/or marketing experience in B2B sectors with a track record of high performance (does not have to be lubricants related) is a must.
Bachelor’s degree required.
Strong financial and analytical skills, as there is significant financial analysis work required.
Proven track record of success in commercial business activities; sales or marketing.
Strong business analytical and problem-solving skills, commercial mindset.
Able to work independently and with limited supervision, highly self-motivated and able to effectively manage various competing priorities.
Strong project management skills required.
