Job Summary

Responsible for administering sales reports and client activity for Retail Sales Support team. Supports operational excellence and efficiencies through communications, training, tracking, and key partnerships. Provides analytical and statistical support for Retail sales strategies. Has in-depth experience, knowledge and skills in own discipline. Usually determines own work priorities. Acts as resource for colleagues with less experience.

Job Description

Core Responsibilities

Provides support and tracking for trials, product management, and price and packaging rollouts. Acts as liaison with the Project Management Organization (PMO).

Coordinates training for the field including content requests and reporting, while managing collisions.

Partners with stores and region teams on executing operational tasks, driving efficiencies.

Organizes store communications, partnering with HQ and Sales Communications teams.

Provides detailed reports to the sales force on ranking, related to operational strategies.

Performs daily clerical and statistical reporting for Retail Sales team.

Coordinates maintenance of weekly and monthly reporting, including recommendations, partnering with the BI team.

Generates monthly, quarterly and annual reports relating to Retail Sales team incremental sales performance and results, as needed.

Captures and updates required reporting materials to provide Retail Sales management customized reports, as needed.

Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.

Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary.

Salary:

Pay Range: $59,376.01 - $89,064.01

Comcast intends to offer the selected candidate base pay within this range, dependent on job-related, non-discriminatory factors such as experience.
