Profile

Program Manager - Sales Enablement

Partner with Sales Leadership, HR, Product Marketing, Customer Service and the Field to design and create content for onboarding and the continuous education of the global revenue organization that serves our new logo prospects and customers

Collaborate with business stakeholders to create, implement, and iterate enablement programs and initiatives

Serve as one of the business owners/managers of the internal CMS/Sales Enablement platforms and tools, ensuring alignment of the Revenue org with Product, Marketing, and GTM teams

Specific Focus Areas:

Learning Assessment & Business Consulting

Need Analysis: Evaluate skills gaps and make recommendations as to how to meet those needs through training, enablement, and coaching.

Business Consulting: Offer insight, expertise and ideas to improve programs based on learning best practices.

Program Assessment: Determine how to measure the success of learning programs using the Kirkpatrick model and/or other adult learning theories.

Project Management: Create project plans, timelines, run project meetings, and drive toward project completion.

Design

Curriculum Design: Define the scope, objectives, and outlines for training programs and learning paths to meet the learning needs of the revenue teams together.

Lesson Design: Design lessons using adult learning theory that appeals to various learning styles and an international audience..

Interactive Learning Experiences: Design engaging activities and assignments to ensure learners get a chance to practice and refine what they learn

Content Creation

Live Workshops: Develop content for live instructor led workshops and virtual webinars. (ILT & VILT)

E-Learning: Build interactive online courses by translating

learning concepts and/or written content into tangible instruction (using storyboards or other templates)

Create & Edit Lessons: Write, develop and update lesson content.

Job Aids: Develop short, clear instruction guides on how to do something in sales.

Assessments: Design quizzes, knowledge checks, assessments, certifications and skills-based evaluations to ensure knowledge transfer.

Video & Podcasts: Create storyboards, write scripts, record voice over, produce, edit video and podcast content.

Visual Design: Create logos, diagrams, infographics, process flowcharts and other visual content for learning programs.

LMS & Content Management: Upload and manage course and content in our LMS and CMS.
