with Waldorf Astoria Monarch Beach

leads and directs Membership Sales in the development and execution of strategic sales and marketing plans to maximize club membership. Responds to inquiries, initiates new club sales with prospective members and business associates. Oversees the budget and all financial aspects of the operation. Develops and implements strategic plan. Interviews, trains, supervises, counsels, schedules and evaluates staff.

What will I be doing?

Leading, mentoring and motivating the Club Membership team

Creation and oversight of the monthly events, including menu, décor and logistics

Responsible for creating Membership newsletter and Lounge activations

Reporting including forecasting and budgeting

Conducting orientations and walk throughs

Responsible for Membership recognition program

Meet with Members daily and provide solutions to member complaints and feedback

Monitoring Club Billing
